January Start! Global Communication & Influence
LeadGL Academy designs education that connects learning with the real world through English, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
We aim to empower learners—from secondary school students to working professionals—to think independently, take action with authenticity, and engage with the world.
We believe that every person has unique potential and an inherent desire to grow, contribute, and make a positive difference in the world.
Education, at any stage of life, should empower individuals to discover their passion, act with authenticity and purpose, and collaborate across boundaries toward a better future.
LeadGL Academy exists to support learners—from students to professionals—in realizing their potential as authentic leaders and global citizens who connect, influence, and create value across cultures.
We develop authentic leaders with a global mindset - people who think and act beyond borders, lead with empathy, integrity, and purpose, and continue to grow as lifelong learners who create positive impact in society.

LeadGL’s educational approach emphasizes using English, not studying it. Through hands-on innovation that tackles real-world challenges, learners transform knowledge into action—deepening understanding through 360-degree feedback, self-reflection, and guided dialogue. Learning takes place in a continuous cycle of trying, thinking, acting, evaluating, reflecting, and improving.
Our approach to English learning is simple: don’t study English—use it. Learners acquire the language naturally by engaging with meaningful, relevant content such as business, social issues, or innovation.
LeadGL’s English acquisition approach is adapted from methods widely practiced and proven effective in many countries, reconstructed to address Japan’s challenge of learning English without truly being able to use it. By using English as a tool for thinking and expression, learners develop confidence and fluency as the language takes root naturally.
We believe that every person has the innate seed of authentic leadership. Through self-reflection, 360-degree feedback, and guided dialogue, learners deepen self-awareness and meta-cognition, gaining the clarity to act from their values and strengths.
Building on this foundation, participants engage in applied project work—for students, this means contributing to a social issue or innovation challenge; for adults, it means transforming their own professional opportunities and challenges into engines of growth, innovation, and contribution. These experiences help learners think for themselves and define how they want to create values – in business, in communities, and in society.
Learning in LeadGL follows a continuous cycle of trying, thinking, acting, evaluating, reflecting, and improving. This experiential approach enables learners to connect knowledge with real-world application, ensuring that learning translates into measurable growth and impact.
Cultural learning at LeadGL goes beyond awareness—it develops intercultural intelligence through research, collaboration, and dialogue with real-world leaders. Students learn through projects and direct exchanges with professionals from diverse backgrounds, while adults strengthen adaptability, empathy, and strategic perspective by reflecting on their own cross-cultural experiences.
In an age where AI is taking away many human jobs, entrepreneurship and authentic leadership together represent the essential human capabilities that machines cannot replace. Students learn entrepreneurship by doing—designing and executing projects that generate tangible business and social value. Adults cultivate the same mindset through elective modules and innovation projects within their organizations, developing the ability to identify opportunities, act creatively, and lead transformation in the age of AI.
