Served as an advisor for five inquiry projects by about 30 second-year students exploring biology- and chemistry-related themes. Within a limited timeframe, provided guidance on clarifying purpose, applying scientific thinking and practice, and developing critical thinking skills.

LeadGL’s Toshi Iwata conducted a class for about 60 students (Grades 1–3), engaging them in discussions and presentations under the theme: “Transforming what you love and do well into value for society.”

Three Grade 3 teams from Tokyo Metropolitan Harumi Sogo High School presented their business plans. From LeadGL, Toshi and Makoto joined as mentors. It was a day when students experienced that “there are adults who take your dreams as seriously as you do.”

Format: 4-hour workshop (English + Japanese)
We provided a workshop where students discovered their authentic leadership—rooted in their own identity—through self-understanding exercises, value clarification, and discussions on social issues.

Participants: Gr.5 - Gr.8 students, 4 students × 2 classes
Format: 2 hours × 5 days
Students deepened self-understanding through identifying strengths, weaknesses, and values, supported by 360-degree feedback from family and friends. On the final day, they presented their own action plan, gaining a strong sense of achievement and self-efficacy.
